The size of the capsule is large, but its gel form makes it easier to swallow - nevertheless, some of our testers did not like the unusual formula 😞. In addition to ADEK vitamin, the capsules contain fish oil, which enriches the composition with Omega 3 fatty acids, so that the supplement effectively supports the body's immunity 👍. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative damage, vitamin A takes care of the quality of vision, vitamin D strengthens bones and, together with vitamin K, supports calcium metabolism. Unfortunately, the dose of vitamin D is half that of our ranking winner, making its effect less effective.

Our testers also saw an improvement in blood results - as iron absorption improved during supplementation 💖. The supplement itself is also absorbed well. Unfortunately, the doses of the vitamins are not very high, making the waiting period for the effects to appear prolonged. Considering the disadvantages of the product, the price is quite high.

Our testers were not happy with the packaging, which often doesn't fully cap - the product can easily spill and go to waste 🤨.
