Veganity's spotted thistle seeds are distinguished by their clean composition and high vegetable protein content 🌱- per 100g of product there is as much as 20g of protein❗ Furthermore, it also contains vitamin E and sterols, as well as numerous amines such as histamine and tyramine. Thistle protects the liver from steatosis, but also actively improves the condition of the skin 🥰. The seeds are ready to eat - they can be added to yoghurt, muesli mix or treated as a healthy, vegan 🌿 snack. Targroch thistle seed is a pure product for direct consumption in seed or ground form 👍. Some of our testers added the ground seeds to their meals, in order to enrich the dish with vegetable fibre. Thistle seed supports the liver and the whole body. The packaging has a very large capacity 🧐, which has both advantages and disadvantages - there is quite a lot of product, but this makes the packaging not very handy and hard to take with you to work or on a trip. The packaging has a convenient closure that allows the product to be stored properly. The manufacturer notes that no more than two tablespoons of thistle should be consumed per day 🤔, and that it is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, which did not appeal to some of our testers.

Batom brand spotted thistle seed is a purely organic product with a capacity of up to 1000g. Supports proper liver function and body function 💪. The seeds can be consumed on their own or added to meals and in ground form e.g. in tea. However, some of our testers were not convinced by the taste of the spotted thistle seed in beverage form 😓. Our testers really disliked the packaging of the product, which resembles a packet of pasta: it tears easily and the seeds can spill out. It also does not have an airtight seal to guarantee the freshness of the product, and the price is quite high. It is also easy for uninvited guests 🤨 such as ants or food moths to get into the packaging.

Some of our testers complained that the closure breaks 😞 when there is still quite a lot of product in the pack. When consumed regularly, thistle protects the liver from steatosis and improves the condition of the skin 👌. However, the manufacturer notes that no more than two tablespoons of the product should be consumed per day, which excludes the use of thistle as a snack. Consumption of the product is not recommended ❌ by people who have a severe nut allergy, as various types of nuts and sesame are packed in the facility where the product is packaged, which may pose a risk to allergy sufferers. The product can be used in the form of an infusion, but the preparation is quite time-consuming ⌛. Fortunately, it is also possible to add whole or ground grains directly to meals.

Dary Natury brand spotted thistle seed is a product from organic 🌿 cultivation. However, our testers pointed out that the manufacturer doesn't pay much attention to environmental protection, as the product contains a lot of 'packaging in packaging'. The grains are packed in foil, plus a cardboard box, leaving us with a lot of rubbish 👎. Optically, this gives us the illusion that there are definitely more grains than actually fit in a pack of just 100g. Thistle seed protects the liver and supports its proper functioning. Our testers did not like the fact that the manufacturer recommends crushing or grinding the seeds before consumption, there is no information on the packaging whether the product is also suitable for direct consumption 🤔. Testers noted that for the desired effects, the kernel infusion should be consumed as many as three times a day - for some of our testers, thinking of specific times to drink the thistle was a significant difficulty.
