The mascara, true to its name, has a deep black colour, the thickening effect is quite good, as well as the optical thickening of the eyelashes 🙂. The application is comfortable, thanks to the silicone brush, the hair comb well. The mascara's formula also contains oils that are supposed to additionally care for the eyelashes. Unfortunately, L'Oreal Extra Black requires a few strokes to get the desired results, and there are perhaps even too many oils, as our testers reported that they sometimes had sticky lashes 🤔.

In practice, we can praise the 2000 Calorie mascara for its optical effect of increased volume and good pigmentation. The black of the mascara is well saturated and looks impressive on the eyes. A dense brush is comfortable to use, but it collects too much mascara, causing it to come into contact with the air. Unfortunately, this means that the mascara dries quickly after opening and in practice you have to use it quickly before it becomes useless 😒. The effects of Max Factor 2000 Calorie are good, the look becomes more expressive, but the mascara tends to fall off. As a mascara for shorter, special occasions, it will work well, but on a daily basis we recommend other options 😊.

Maybelline is another world-famous mascara brand. To test in the ranking, we bet on Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High, which is very popular in our market. The lengthening the eyelashes is really effective, they gain length visually 💪. As for thickening it is a bit worse, with only a slight effect being noticeable. Our testers also praised the performance of the mascara, which lasted for a long time, despite the smaller volume of the packaging. The weak point of the Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High is the brush, which is small and too flexible, making the application uncomfortable and you can inadvertently stick the lashes together 🙄. The black of the mascara, on the other hand, is intense and pretty, but you have to be careful about contact with water. It's not a waterproof mascara, one tear is enough for it to start dissolving 🐼. It's not bad overall, but there are better mascaras available for the price. In contrast to the items above, the Lancome mascara stands out for its good resistance to moisture. When using it, you can safely get emotional 😂. Our group of testers praised the brush, which is precise and has the right flexibility and size. The mascara itself has an intense black colour. The effect of lengthening and thickening eyelashes is good 💪. However, it is a high-end product and with such a high price, we expected a WOW effect. Meanwhile, Lancome Lash Idole Mascara doesn't really differ much from cheaper options, and some of them are much better. It's a good product, but at a totally exorbitant price 💰.
