Berberine by OstroVit contains 500 mg of berberine root extract. The tablets lower sugar levels 👍 while not producing the negative effects of sugar withdrawal, such as drowsiness or listlessness. They lower blood pressure, unfortunately some of our testers noticed that this effect was strong enough to cause weakness and sometimes even nausea 😓. The tablets do not have a coating to make them easier to swallow, so they can start to dissolve already in the mouth. Regular supplementation (over an extended period of time) is required to see the expected effects. Unfortunately, among our test group, some people did not notice a significant effect of the supplement on their body 😞.
