Targroch brand chia seeds are sold in a high-capacity packet. The packaging is equipped with a closure, but some of our testers pointed out its poor quality 😞- it happened many times that the packaging does not close and the product accidentally spills. The bag itself is also, in our opinion, not designed for the kilogram weight and it happens that it breaks 😬. Our testers also have doubts about the purity of the product, as the effects of use are only visible after some time of systematic consumption 🤔. Chia seeds are rich in nutritional value and have a wide range of uses - they will work well as an addition to salads, puddings and even baked goods. Due to its high protein content, it makes an excellent addition to a vegan diet. They are available in selected online shops.

Our testers praised the way chia seeds work on the body - cleansing it, strengthening it and replenishing deficiencies of protein and elements important for proper functioning 👌. Testers remarked on the neutral taste, which means the seeds will work well in many flavour options - both savoury and sweet. Unfortunately, we do not have information on whether the chia seeds come from organic cultivation and therefore have no guarantee that the ingredients are pesticide-free 🧐. Our testers noticed that the quality of the packaging leaves a lot to be desired - it is very easy to tear it too much, the packaging also lacks a seal.
