CeraVe is a brand specializing in safe cosmetics with a slightly more pharmacy character. The regenerating cream for dry hands performed well in our tests, but it is not without its shortcomings. However, we will start with the advantages, such as hyaluronic acid in the composition, as well as a ceramide complex that supports dry hands and rebuilds the hydrolipid barrier 👍. The cream is unscented and although its formula is quite synthetic 🧪, it does not cause irritation. Despite the presence of glycerin and petroleum jelly, the consistency of the cream is surprisingly light. The biggest disadvantage is the effectiveness of moisturizing. It is noticeable, but also quite short-lived, and in cases of very dry skin, it may not be enough 😓.

Benefits

CeraVe, Regenerating hand cream

  • quickly noticeable hydration
  • contains hyaluronic acid
  • does not irritate
  • does not cause allergies
  • contains a complex of ceramides

Disadvantages

CeraVe, Regenerating hand cream

  • the moisturizing effect is short-lived
  • it cannot cope with very dry skin
  • synthetic composition

Indigo is a Polish manufacturer of products for nails, but also hands and body. The Seventh Heaven hand cream we tested has an intense scent and moisturizing effect 🙂. The testers appreciated the noticeable hydration and light texture of the cream, which is quickly absorbed. However, they also noted that it leaves a greasy film, which may not be ideal for people with dry hands who need quick care. Despite the large capacity, the efficiency is mediocre at best 🤔. The cream contains seven fragrances and alcohol, which we considered a disadvantage, although the scent is pleasant. Indigo Seventh Heaven is not cosmetic seventh heaven, but the effect on dry hands is quite good and it may be an interesting proposition for people who prefer creams with a strong scent 🤔.

Benefits

Indigo, Seventh Heaven, hand cream

  • large capacity
  • good moisturizing effect
  • absorbs quickly

Disadvantages

Indigo, Seventh Heaven, hand cream

  • leaves a greasy film
  • contains comedogenic isopropyl myristate
  • 7 fragrance ingredients in the composition
  • quite high price

Neutrogena dry hand cream is a well-known product that used to be found mainly in pharmacies, but is now widely available in various stores and drugstores 👌. Despite the small packaging capacity, the cream is efficient and a small amount is enough to visibly moisturize dry hands. Our testers positively assessed its strong moisturizing effect and effectiveness in supporting cracked skin 👍. The cream absorbs quickly, but unfortunately leaves a slightly greasy film on the skin. Its formula is simple and fragrance-free, although it contains cetylstearyl alcohol, which may not suit everybody 🤔. Generally, Nautrogena cream is good for temporarily moisturizing dry hands, but products with a richer formula will be better for everyday use.

Benefits

Neutrogena, Norwegian Formula, hand cream

  • strong moisturizing effect
  • good performance
  • availability

Disadvantages

Neutrogena, Norwegian Formula, hand cream

  • small packaging capacity
  • leaves a greasy film
  • no odor

Odor 8.1
Composition 6.8
Average Rating: 3.81, 490 votes

Yope is a Polish cosmetics company known for its passion for natural ingredients. Although they started with soaps, they now also offer creams and shampoos 😏. We tested one of their products, the Rhubarb and Rose hand cream. Its intense, rose aroma with a hint of rhubarb was liked by most testers 😊. The cream moisturizes effectively, but our testers noted that it could have a slightly thicker consistency. The big disadvantage was the aluminum tube, which is impractical to use 😞. It is difficult to get all the product out and the tube breaks easily, which is not good for dry skin on your hands. The capacity is only 50 ml, so the cream runs out quite quickly 🙄. If you have very dry and cracked hands, it is better to choose products with a more intense moisturizing effect.

Benefits

Yope, Rhubarb and rose, hand cream

  • nice moisturizing effect
  • contains natural extracts
  • absorbs quickly

Disadvantages

Yope, Rhubarb and rose, hand cream

  • quite high price
  • the tube is difficult to empty completely
  • consistency a bit too thin
  • a lot of fragrances
  • small packaging capacity
