Dermedic Normacne Preventi is a tonic that has been well rated by a group of testers. This tonic has a cleansing and regulating effect on oily and acne-prone skin 👍. The Acnacidol™ complex gives it antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties reducing the number of active sebaceous glands and sebum secretion. The tonic is mild and causes no irritations, even in persons with sensitive skin. It may be however can be a bit too gentle to remove make-up, which means it doesn't do well at removing cosmetics. In addition, the product may dry out skin around the eyes and contains unnecessary colourant 😬. Despite this, Dermedic Normacne Preventi tonic is a good product and deserves the second rank 😉.

Although The Ordinary flagship product is a bloody peeling, the brand's portfolio covers also the other acidic cosmetics 💪. The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution tonic is recommended for those looking for a facial tonic with glycolic acid to exfoliate dead skin, even out skin tone and regulate sebaceous glands 👍. Our group of testers appreciated adding the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf extract, which soothes irritations associated with the use of glycolic acid. The tonic is alcohol, silicone and oil-free and is vegan 🌿. Unfortunately it is definitely not a product for everyone. The testers with skin sensitive to glycolic acid experienced irritations 😬. Due to the high concentration of acid, the product may irritate and dry out skin, which makes it unsuitable for those with sensitive skin, and its price is very high 💰. However, if your complexion responses well to acid, The Ordinary tonic should work perfectly.
