The OstroVit dietary supplement is a combination of myo-inositol and choline. However, testers pointed out the low doses of these ingredients per serving (300 mg each) 🤔. In order to take an effective amount of inositol, 3 tablets would have to be taken instead of the 1 recommended by the manufacturer. This, in turn, would reduce the efficiency of the preparation. The dietary supplement by SFD is a combination of inositol, choline and vitamin B6 🙂 . This might seem like a very good composition. However, what our testers were quick to point out was the very low content of myo-inositol (150 mg) and vitamin B6 (0.7 mg). This means that 1 tablet may not have the expected effect 🤷♀️🤷♂️. When the recommended daily dose is increased, the SFD preparation helps to improve hormone management and supports the functioning of the nervous and immune system 💪. Testers appreciated the large number of tablets per pack at a favourable price. However, they complained about the presence of allergens in the formulation 😕 (gluten, milk, soya, eggs).
